Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) - Remote

Your North Star: provide compassionate, culturally-relevant, and evidence-based lactation care.

In this remote role, work closely with the interdisciplinary clinical team to engage perinatal patients and deliver quality lactation care via text, phone, or video calls. Report to the Director of Perinatal Nutrition Programs and collaborate to develop patient-facing content, improve care workflows, update protocols, and connect with in-person providers. Focus on reducing disparities in access to high-quality care.

Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, product, tech, and business teams to innovate and build the tech-enabled lactation program. Facilitate lactation education and support groups. Assist with development and testing of patient engagement strategies.
