About this role

Pomelo Care is a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, engineers and problem solvers passionate about improving care for moms and babies. We transform outcomes for pregnant people and babies with evidence-based pregnancy and newborn care at scale through our technology-driven care platform. Your North Star: provide compassionate, culturally-relevant, and evidence-based lactation care.

In this remote role, you will work closely with the interdisciplinary clinical team to engage perinatal patients and provide quality lactation care via text, phone, or video calls. You will report to the Director of Perinatal Nutrition Programs and collaborate to develop patient-facing content and improve care workflows. Focus on reducing disparities with a particular emphasis on high-quality access for perinatal patients and infants.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, product, tech, and business teams to innovate and build the tech-enabled program. Facilitate connections with in-person care providers and update best practice protocols. Work builds on enthusiasm for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all programs.
